Where I am from, Austin, Texas, my mother is the accountant for The Soup Peddler, David Ansel. For about two years she would tell me how great his business was, how Burlington would be the perfect place to replicate it, she even sent me his book. Well, it took me awhile, but I finally caved in to the pressure.
I’m excited to be delivering soup to my neighbors, providing ya’ll with some homemade goodness. I love making things myself, so much so that my partner David calls our house “the home on the range.” I hope you enjoy the soup as much as I enjoy making it!
